RF Circuit Design: Theory and Applications Publisher: Prentice Hall ( 1999-11-30 ) | 500 pages| 0130953237 |21 Mb While the content of the book is quite good (for a beginner in RF), the fact that the book costs as much as the usual hardcover engineering textbooks, while it is only a paperback, with lower quality paper, is a big negative. This book will definitely not hold up well in your backpack throughout the course of a semester, unless if you take care of it really really well. Even if it does make it through the semester, just think how long you can use it as a reference, before the wear and tear destroys the book (in particular, the corners will start bending, then creases will appear, then the binding will become loose, then the cover will fall off, then pages will start ripping and falling out).
